A successful restoration begins with clear communication between the dentist and the dental technician. At BIOPRIME Dental Laboratory, we take the time to understand your clinical objectives, the patient’s needs, and the approved restorative plan. From our Brooklyn lab, we support dental practices in all 50 states with digital fabrication and a dedicated technician for each case.

BIOPRIME fabricates crowns, bridges, veneers, removable prostheses, and provisional restorations. We offer zirconia, IPS e.max, and porcelain-fused-to-metal restorations. Our implant services include custom abutments, screw-retained crowns, titanium bars, and other implant-supported prostheses. Our digital workflow supports more than 40 types of restorations, from single crowns to complex rehabilitations.

You can contact the technician handling your case directly to discuss requirements, review the design, and approve changes. For complex cases, our team works with your practice to plan the laboratory workflow.

01 / DIGITAL WORKFLOW

A digital workflow that fits your practice

Getting started with BIOPRIME takes approximately 5–10 minutes. Our team sets up your practice’s account and guides you through your first submission. We accept scans from most major intraoral scanning systems, including iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, and Medit.

Submit cases through your account at any time. Production begins during our next scheduled work shift. Include design preferences, supporting case information, and clinical photographs with your scans. The photographs help your technician understand your esthetic goals. Material-specific shade guides help you communicate the shade selection.

Standard turnaround is approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the restoration, material, and case complexity. Rush fabrication in 1–3 days is available by arrangement. Delivery is included in the case price. We ship nationwide via UPS Express and provide local courier delivery in New York.

02 / ATTENTION TO DETAIL

Quality checks at every stage

Our quality-control process covers digital design, fabrication, and final finishing. We compare each restoration with the approved design, verify measurements, and inspect fine details under a microscope. Lab owner Aigars Stiris conducts the final inspection before shipment.

Our equipment includes five-axis vhf S5 and DGSHAPE DWX milling machines, Asiga 3D printers, Renfert equipment, and dedicated sintering and firing furnaces. We use manufacturer-supplied materials and follow the recommended processing protocols.

BIOPRIME offers a warranty of up to 10 years, depending on the restoration. We confirm the coverage and terms for your specific case when you place an order.

03 / PARTNERSHIP

A partnership that supports your practice

We support your practice beyond the lab work. We offer training for dentists and dental technicians in dental photography, intraoral scanning, and surgical guide workflows. Through our partner program, practices can also access preferred pricing on scanners.

BIOPRIME also supports other dental labs with digital design and milling services, including titanium bar fabrication.

We offer customized pricing based on your monthly case volume and the length of our working relationship. Contact us for our current price list, an estimate for a specific case, or references from practices and laboratories that work with us.

Think of our lab as an extension of your practice. You’ll have direct access to your technician, clear turnaround times, and restorations made to your approved specifications.
